Event : "Healthy Food Tasting" organized by Washington apples in collab with Prevention magazine + 2 vegan recipes – Ep #105 – by BangaloreBengaluru

Washington apples in collabaration with Prevention magazine (India’s no. 1 health magazine) held a healthy food session for all its magazine subscribers. The session included nutrition and wellness consultant Ms Sheela Krishnaswamy  giving a talk about healthy eating and clearing some doubts the public had. It ended with a live demo of two vegan recipes made by the Carrot restaurant chef’s, where the event was held.
